🕒 Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
📦 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
A compulsory unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) must be provided as proof.
You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Returns are not accepted without the unboxing video.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
New born baby items
Puja & Devotion items
Please note, these are final sale items for hygiene and devotional reasons.
🚚 Return Shipping & Process
Return requests must be sent to helpremporium@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9429335539 within 3 days.
If approved, you’ll be provided return instructions.
Customers must pay a flat ₹100 return shipping fee.
Do not send items back without approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if:
You received a wrong item, or
The product arrived damaged
In both cases, the unboxing video is mandatory.
No other exchange reasons are accepted.
❌ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Contact us by email or WhatsApp for cancellation.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to:
The original payment method, or
Bank account (if the order was COD)
Refunds may take 8–15 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
